Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to eepy.page and official eepy.page services, including the frontend, API, canary/development deployments, and other official subdomains operated by eepy.page.
eepy.page is a free subdomain registrar intended for personal, educational, hobbyist, and non-commercial use.
Operator
eepy.page is operated as an independent project by PowerPCFan.
Accounts
- You may only create and use one account.
- You may not sell, transfer, share, or give away your account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys.
- You may delete your account at any time.
- Inactive accounts may be removed after prior notice is sent to the account email address.
Subdomains
Registering a subdomain on eepy.page gives you permission to use that subdomain while your account and domain remain in good standing. It does not give you ownership of eepy.page itself or any part of the eepy.page infrastructure.
Some names may be reserved by eepy.page, including names used for official services, infrastructure, support, abuse handling, or future development.
eepy.page does not host, review, or control the content served from user-controlled subdomains. You are fully responsible for whatever your subdomain points to, hosts, redirects to, or is used for.
Tunneling
eepy.page may provide an optional tunneling feature that provisions DNS records for an SSH reverse tunnel through the third-party Serveo service. Using this feature also requires you to create and maintain your own Serveo account and configure your SSH public key and domain in the Serveo dashboard.
eepy.page does not receive or store your Serveo password, private SSH key, or other private credentials. You are responsible for protecting those credentials and for following Serveo's terms, policies, and instructions.
You authorize eepy.page to publish and manage the DNS records needed for your configured tunnel, including a CNAME record and a public TXT authorization record. SSH fingerprints and DNS records are not secrets; do not enter a private key, password, token, or other confidential value into a tunnel field.
Tunnels are intended for personal, educational, hobbyist, and development use. Do not use them for illegal activity, abuse, phishing, malware, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, high-risk production systems, or any activity prohibited by these Terms or Serveo's policies.
Serveo is an independent third-party service not affiliated with eepy.page in any way. eepy.page does not guarantee tunnel availability, performance, security, compatibility, or continued access to Serveo features. Some Serveo features may require a paid plan, which, again, is independent of eepy.page.
When you delete a tunnel from eepy.page, you are also responsible for deleting its SSH key and domain from your Serveo dashboard. eepy.page is not responsible for leftover third-party configuration, Serveo account activity, or charges caused by failing to complete that cleanup. Failure to clean up may result in a suspension of your eepy.page account if the leftover values interfere with domains that have been reclaimed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use eepy.page, its API, nameservers, or any registered subdomain for:
- Spam, phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive activity.
- Malware, botnets, credential theft, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Illegal content or activity.
- Sexual content or services.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or targeted harm.
- Impersonation of another person, company, organization, government, or service.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Evading bans, limits, rate limits, or abuse protections.
- Denial-of-service attacks, stress testing, scraping abuse, or excessive requests.
- Attempting to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to eepy.page.
- Using a tunnel or Serveo configuration for activity prohibited by these Terms or Serveo's policies.
- Anything that harms eepy.page, its users, its infrastructure, or the public internet.
API Use
You may use the eepy.page API for personal, educational, hobbyist, and non-commercial projects, including scripts that automate DNS record creation or updates.
API use must stay within account limits, domain limits, and rate limits. API keys may be revoked if abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
Third-party clients are allowed for personal use. Commercial API use requires prior permission from eepy.page.
API behavior, endpoints, limits, and availability may change at any time.
Suspension and Removal
eepy.page may suspend accounts, revoke API keys, disable DNS records, or remove subdomains if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, abuse has occurred, or action is needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the public.
When practical, eepy.page will send an email notice after taking action. In urgent abuse, security, or legal situations, action may be taken without prior notice.
Reports
Abuse reports and vulnerability reports can be sent to report@eepy.page.
eepy.page relies on reports and automated protections rather than manually reviewing every subdomain. Reported domains may be investigated, suspended, or removed.
Availability
eepy.page is provided for free and without any guaranteed uptime. The service may go down, change, or be discontinued with or without notice.
We try to keep eepy.page reliable, but updates, maintenance, technical issues, abuse, security fixes, DNS issues, upstream providers, or other events may cause downtime.
Critical fixes may be deployed without notice. For major planned changes, eepy.page will try to provide notice when practical.
eepy.page is not responsible for DNS propagation delays, resolver caching, third-party DNS behavior, browser caching, or other issues outside our direct control.
Donations
eepy.page may accept voluntary donations through Ko-fi or similar platforms. Donations are not purchases, subscriptions, or guarantees of continued service.
Donations are non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension.
Purchases
eepy.page may offer optional digital purchases through Ko-fi, such as access to additional supported TLDs, account benefits, or activation codes. These purchases are optional and are processed by the third-party payment platform.
Digital purchases do not transfer ownership of eepy.page, any TLD, any domain registry, or any eepy.page infrastructure. They only provide the listed account benefit while the service, feature, account, and domain remain in good standing.
Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where required by law or where eepy.page chooses to make an exception. Payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in the related benefit being revoked and the account being suspended.
eepy.page may change, replace, limit, or discontinue optional paid benefits if needed for security, abuse prevention, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Privacy
Use of eepy.page is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The eepy.page name, branding, logo, documentation, and visual identity belong to eepy.page unless otherwise stated.
The eepy.page source code may be open source under its respective licenses. You may fork the source code as allowed by those licenses, but public or non-personal forks must use different branding unless you have permission.
No Warranty
eepy.page is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that any subdomain will remain available forever.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, eepy.page is not responsible for damages, losses, outages, data loss, domain loss, service interruptions, abuse committed by users, or content hosted on or linked from user-controlled subdomains.
Changes to These Terms
eepy.page may update these Terms at any time. If a change is major, we will try to notify users through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
By continuing to use eepy.page after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are generally intended to be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
